All are welcome to come sing or listen.

12/16/2022: Because of COVID, we have been quite irregular about our singings. In the summer of 2022 we sang down by the river on second and fourth Thursdays, and hope to return to that next summer, as soon as the days are long enough, and until they become too short to do it.

After the first of year 2023, we plan to start singing at the McNail-Riley House at 601 West 13th Avenue, near the Fairgrounds.

We will post changes on the website when the situation changes, and on the Discussion list, which you can still sign up for by contacting Karen Stingle at kstingle@efn.org

HOLIDAY EVENTS

Saturday, December 17, 2022, at noon: Eugene Sacred Harp Singers are planning to do a “guerrilla singing” outside one of the main entrances at Eugene Holiday Market (at Lane County Fairgrounds).

Due to a weather event on December 22, this gathering has been postponed to Thursday, December 29, same time, same place. Come sing and socialize with us! Our annual holiday sing-along will be at the Eugene Garden Club, 1645 High St. 7-9 pm. We welcome all who wish to sing with us in the “hollow square” where we may be spaced with a little more distance than usual - masks welcome but not required. There will be light refreshments after the singing. Free/donations welcome.  If you want to check out this wonderful tradition, this is a great time to do it. For more info: 541-345-3626

REGULAR SINGINGS:

SUMMER: (Memorial Day to Labor Day) - Singings happen on the second and fourth Thursdays of each month, 7 pm until dark outside, in Maury Jacobs Park, at the end of N. Adams St. (If it is raining, call Jean Murphy at 541-513-0176 to find out where we are meeting.)

WINTER: (Labor Day to Memorial Day) - Usually second and fourth Thursdays of the month, 7:30-9 pm. In 2023, we plan to start singing at the McNail-Riley House at 601 West 13th Avenue, near the Fairgrounds.
